Terms of Service

1. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the [888-896-4876]. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

2. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [888-896-4876].

3. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages weekly. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

5. If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our Privacy Policy.

6.ELIGIBILITY

By using our services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 21 years old (or minimum legal driving age required)

• You possess a valid driver’s license

• You have valid payment authorization

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

7. SERVICES PROVIDED

ACF Rentals provides long-term vehicle rentals. All rentals are subject to availability and approval.

8. RESERVATIONS & PAYMENTS

• All reservations require cash, a valid credit card, or a valid debit card

• By submitting payment, you authorize ACF Rentals to charge your card for:

  • Rental fees

  • Security deposits

  • Additional charges (see Section 6)

  • Prices are subject to change without notice

9. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing

• Failure to show up at the scheduled rental time may result in full charge

• Early returns do not guarantee partial refunds

10. RENTAL AGREEMENT

All customers must sign a separate Rental Agreement, which governs:

• Vehicle use

• Liability

• Damage responsibility

• Fees and penalties

In case of conflict, the Rental Agreement controls.

11. ADDITIONAL CHARGES

You agree to pay for any additional costs incurred, including but not limited to:

• Late return fees

• Fuel charges

• Cleaning fees

• Traffic violations, tolls, and tickets

• Damage or loss of vehicle

• Administrative and processing fees

These charges may be applied after the rental period ends.

12. PROHIBITED USE

You may NOT:

• Use the vehicle for illegal activities

• Allow unauthorized drivers

• Use the vehicle for rideshare, delivery, or commercial use unless explicitly approved

• Operate the vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol

Violation may result in immediate termination and additional fees.

13. LIABILITY & DAMAGES

You are fully responsible for:

• Any damage to the vehicle during the rental period

• Any injury or loss caused while using the vehicle

ACF Rentals is not liable for:

• Personal belongings left in the vehicle

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

14. INSURANCE

• Renters must maintain valid insurance or accept coverage options provided

• Lack of proper coverage does not remove financial responsibility for damages

15. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

By using our services, you agree:

• Not to initiate chargebacks for valid charges

• To contact us first to resolve any billing issues

We reserve the right to submit all signed agreements and documentation to dispute any chargeback claims.

16. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for:

• Violation of these terms

• Fraudulent or suspicious activity

17. PRIVACY

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use your information for business and operational purposes.

18. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

19. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
